Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Ohm Corp Kft. (registered office: Budapest, Hungary) — hereinafter "Ohm Corp", "we", or "controller". Contact: janos@0hm.ai.

2. What we collect

• Contact / quote forms: name, email, phone, optional company name and free-text message.
• Phone-system demo: name, phone number, transcript of the test call, scheduled appointment.
• AI chat: conversation content (short-term memory, not persisted).
• Technical logs: IP address, User-Agent, timestamps — for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Analytics: pageviews and anonymous event statistics via Google Analytics 4 (cookieless measurement ID).

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and generate quotes.
• To process phone-demo calls and schedule appointments.
• To measure site operation, security, and performance.
• To filter abuse (spam, automated probes).

4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Consent (6(1)(a)) — when you voluntarily submit a form.
• Contractual interest (6(1)(b)) — preparing a quote / service proposal.
• Legitimate interest (6(1)(f)) — abuse prevention, basic operational analytics.

5. Sub-processors

The following service providers may process your data on our behalf:

• Resend (email delivery) — Resend Inc., USA · privacy policy

• VAPI (phone demo) — Vapi Inc., USA · privacy policy
• Hetzner (European server hosting) — Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany
• Meta Platforms Ireland (Facebook Page, ad measurement) — privacy policy

For transfers to third countries, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.

6. Retention

• Contact / quote data: 2 years after the quote is closed.
• Phone-demo data (transcript): 30 days, then auto-deleted.
• Technical logs: 90 days.
• Invoicing data: 8 years per Hungarian accounting law.

7. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request that we delete all your data (see below).
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection and withdrawal of consent — at any time.

8. Data deletion instructions

To request deletion of all personal data we hold about you:

1. Send an email to janos@0hm.ai.
2. Use the subject: Data deletion request.
3. Include the email and/or phone number you used when submitting any form.

We will confirm deletion within 30 days. Invoicing data legally required to be retained (Hungarian accounting law) is excluded from deletion.

9. Complaints

If you believe your data rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): naih.hu.

10. Changes

We will update this notice as needed. Material changes will be communicated to affected users by email.
